- They are never simple, but UPS is worse. I ship a bit, and have had only
- one trouble free UPS shipment, but almost all USPS shipments went as expected.
- They were slow as hell, but I expected that. If you want speed, go Fed-Ex.
- One way to minimize problems is to; get all shipping and insurance charges
- before you give the COD amount <doesn't hurt to add yourself, as well>,
- state <and make sure they mark it> "cash/money order only," and give a time
- before return shipping <if you say 5 days, count on 2 weeks>. This makes your
- package more traceable...

- As for proving value, the fact that you sold it for the COD charges is you
- first proof. Also, any used computer vendor should be able to put a statement
- of value on company letterhead.
